Tattapani-Hot Water Springs
Tattapani is located at a distance of about 51 kilometers from Shimla. The place is at a height of 655 meters above sea level.The Satluj River runs at the base of Tattapani.Sulphur is found in water which cures many diseases such as skin cancer ,fatigue, joint pains etc. Tourist's do away their exhaustion with bath and takes the benefits of its medical value.The place also offers adventure sports like rafting, fishing with nominal charges .This is a better place to go with your family.
Getting To Tattapani:
You can cover the distance in car on Shimla-Mandi Highway via Naldehra.Golf course is situated at Naldehra.The way through the mountains are very charming.Many hotels come along the way to Tatta pani for any refreshment.There is a bridge over th river.
Tattapani is religious palace
Generally pilgrims come here in the January the holy time to take a bath in the water of Tattapani.There are many temples and also a famous shiva cave about three km far away.Shiva cave has its religious value so that the festival of shivraatri is celebrated here with great enthusiasm every year.
