Her dad did not forget to mention that Ms. Leena scored distinction during her college studies through the Pune board. After scoring good marks in the college examination, she decided to study Engineering and she chose Electronics Engineering stream. She completed her engineering studies at the Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli. After completing the Engineering studies she decided to do a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and there she selected the Human Relations. In this MBA, Ms. Leena Nair scored amazingly and she got a Gold Medal too for scoring best marks in the stream. 
After completing the MBA degree she was being selected by the Hindustan Unilever limited in the Campus recruitment event at the Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli. So Ms. Leena Nair started her carrier as a Trainee at Hindustan Unilever limited and today she is "The Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader". Her Uncle, Mr. Ram Menon, also mentioned that Ms. Leena had been a talented and a hard working lady right from her school days.
