A particular outfit has come out with a very unique concept -- chutneys. It seems like a combo, with several chutneys being offered in a packed manner. One has to add only water, or so it seems. The onion and the pudina varieties are also on offer.This is just one instance of innovation in food products. Similarly, there are ready made mixes available for the most popular dishes like Vada pav, that simply rules Maharashtra and most of Western India. Housewives who offer the thali concept at reasonable prices in the by lanes of the big cities are also very common.
