Haryana Government last year in 2012 has invited applications for suitable candidates for filling the various posts of post graduate teacher via advertisement No. 1/2012 dated 07.06.2012. It was a long process where they received thousands of applications.Prologue
Shivani Gupta has challenged the condition of 4 years experience at the time of applying for the said post of State government of Haryana in Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court. On this court case the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court passed an order dated 21/12/2012 in CWP No 15929 of 2012-Shivani Gupta and others V/s. State of Haryana and others and other connected LPAs /CWPs wherein the Punjab and Haryana Hon'ble High Court has held that the condition mentioned in note II of the advertisement no. 1/2012 is contrary to the 'Service Rules' up to the extent that “candidate must be in service on 11.04.2012 in addition to being in position on the date of applying for the said post".
After the court orders, this condition is relaxed and now government has invited application for the post of post-graduate teachers in Haryana government. Those who have already applied but whose application was rejected on this basis may not apply again but just need to open their old registration form online and enter their registration number. They do not have to pay application fees again. For those who had not applied earlier may, apply now by filling in the application form online and paying the due fees.Eligibility Conditions:

All those candidates whose application was rejected by the Board on the ground that they were not in service on 11/04/2012 and also, were not in service on the date of applying for the same post online, may now be able to send in online application form for reconsideration of the Selection
Board.

The candidate whose interview has already been conducted provisionally
