Hindi also known as Manak Hindi is the official language of Republic of India.
It is mostly known in all the states but is primarily spoken in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Also been widely spoken in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana.
Hindi uses the Nagari or Nagri script. The Hindi language is derived from ancient Sanskrit, also contains some words derived from Farsi and Urdu. Hindi is a very vast language.
Here I am trying to bring up some common and basic words used in hindi language to help you to learn Hindi better.
I am expressing them mostly in the verb form.
1.Come - Aao
2.Go - Jao
3.Eat - Khao
4.Drink - Pio
5.I - Main
6.You(You with respect) - Tum(Aap)
7.He - Vah or Vo
8.She - Vah or Vo
9.It - Vah
10.This - Yeh
11.That - Vo
12.Thank you - Dhanyavad
13.Want( I want) - Chahiye(Mujhe Chahiye)
14.Give - Do
15.Get - Lao
