The positions are totally on contractual basis for duration of initial 1 year after which it can be renewed annually on performance basis, maximum for 3 years.Job description of Academic Associates at IIM Indore
As the name of the position suggests, the Academic Associates will mainly be involved in assisting the faculty with academic tasks like collecting reading material, preparing teaching notes, making the course outlines, distributing the course materials, grading of assignments, examinations, quizzes etc. AAs shall also assist the faculty in the research work and would be responsible for co-ordinating and making arrangements for exams and quizzes.
Stipend: A stipend of Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month will be given to the AAs depending upon their qualification, merit, experience and their performance in the selection test/interview.Who is eligible to apply for the post of Academic Associates at IIM Indore?
Candidates possessing a first class post graduate degree in the relevant field are eligible to apply if they also have a 2 year work experience either in industry or in academics. OR
Candidates who are M.Phil with 1 year relevant experience or are Ph.D with or without experience are also eligible to apply. OR
Candidates who have completed B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/ACA/AICWA with enough experience are also eligible to apply.
