Our state is also known as the Heart of India, because it is situated at the center of our country. Before the Independence Nagpur is the capital of Madhya-Pradesh. In British rule it is also known as Central India or Madhya-Bharat .The existence of Madhya-Pradesh was come in the year 1956. The undivided Madhya-Pradesh was established on 1st of November 1956.Also a new capital was born in place of Nagpur, which is Bhopal.
