You need to attend the online admission for this. You will have to apply for the register number. As mentioned the candidates are said to go to the site to download the application form. And they are supposed to fill the online admission application form in the said format. The colleges thus directly verify the details from this registration. Other than this, college level counselling will also be conducted afterwards. Thus the admission is based on counselling conducted by Directorate of Technical Graduation, Government of M.P.Admission Registration instructions in Technocrats
1. Select branches and then colleges as per your reference for B.E or B.Pharm.
2. Select branches as you prefer for MBA or MCA.
3. Enter your PCM percentage upto 2 decimal places for B.E.
4. Enter your graduation percentage upto 2 decimal places for MBA or MCA.
5. All fields must be filled compulsorily.
6. After online registration please report to the institute for admission along with all original documents or xerox copies and partial fees of 20,000/- within 10 days of online registration.

For B.E. course the criteria is Plus two pass in Science with 50% marks in Maths and Physics as main subject.Also Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology as optional subjects on the basis of PEPT marks. Counselling is conducted by D.T.E., Government of M.P through online.
For M.E./M.Tech. course the criteria is B.E. or B.Tech or MCA pass with 50% marks. Valid Gate score is also considered. Counselling conducted by same authority as above.
For Ph.D. course the eligibility is Master's degree in concerned discipline with 60% marks or equivalent grade of university.
For MCA course the eligibility is minimum 3 years graduation degree like B.Sc or B.Com or BBA or BCA with 50% marks and/or on the basis of Pre-MCA exam.
For MBA course the criteria is minimum 3 years graduation degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks and/or on basis of MET exam.
For B.Pharmacy/D.Pharmacy course the criteria is plus two pass in Science with 50% marks in Physics and Chemistry as a main subject and Maths or Biotech or Biology as an optional subject and/or on PEPT marks.
