Engineers: 6 posts have been advertised for the post of Engineers from branches Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. The position is a fixed term contractual based post.
The primary role of the selected candidates will be supervising, maintaining, monitoring and managing the construction and maintenance activities.

The salary band and pay scale for the above positions is fixed as :
* Rs.9300 – 34800 with Grade pay of Rs. 4200 for Junior Engineers at IIM Indore.
* Rs.15600 – 39100 with GP Rs. 5400 for Senior Engineers at IIM Indore.
* Rs. 15600 – 39100 with Grade pay Rs. 6600 for Project & Maintenance E.Eligibility for the post of Engineer at IIM Indore
Age Limit: The candidate should not be more than 40 years of age, however relaxation is there for experienced candidates who have worked for well-known construction organisations like CPWD before.
Education Qualifications: Candidate should have completed a degree/diploma with specialisation in civil/electrical or mechanical.
Work Experience: Candidates holding degree should have atleast 6 yrs experience in either project or maintenance related work in some reputed organisation, whereas those holding diploma should possess 10 yrs experience.
