Now you may be thinking whether SET is mandatory for all institutes of Symbiosis International University. Remember that SET is not mandatory for Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS), Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT), Symbiosis College of Nursing (SCON) and Symbiosis School of Liberal Arts (SSLA) respectively. SET-2012 date is on 5th May. SET-2012 test will be conducted in 2 sessions namely the morning session and afternoon session. There will be 5 different papers namely the health science, law, design, engineering and general. Another point is that a candidate can take more than one paper, however he can choose one paper from morning session and the other one from afternoon session.

Candidates who are interested to apply SET 2012 can select any one of the following cities. But if the requested city is not available for any reason, then symbiosis test secretariat have the right to allot another city to the candidate. The test cities are Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolhapur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik, Noida, Pune.
