DIAT Pune offers Ph.D admission in areas of Computer Science and Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics and Materials Engineering.
Eligibility criteria to apply for Ph.D programs in DIAT Pune
Candidates with a 55% marks or equivalent CGPA in ME/M.Tech are eligible to apply for Ph.D in engineering at DIAT but those having Master of Science with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA are eligible for Ph.D in science program at DIAT Pune. Apart from this, they should have a GATE score/ UGC-CSIR NET certificate. Final year students are also eligible to apply for this program, provided the mark sheet up to the last semester must be produced during the interview. As per the MHRD guidelines, selected candidates will be eligible for scholarship.

Eligibility and age limit to apply for M.Tech programs in DIAT Pune
A 55% marks or 5.5 CGPA in the qualifying examinations as shown above and a valid GATE score/ UGC-CSIR NET certificate is required by the candidates.
