This article gives Information of How to make MahashivRatri Special Sweet dish/Dessart 'Mix Dry fruit Rajgara Shiro'(Rajagara Halva), Sabudana Khir and Basudi.Both the dishes are Farali and one can Prepare it very easily at home in very less time period. Also one can eat this dishes at any religious fast or vrat occassion.

Mix Dry fruit Rajgara Shiro(Rajagara Halva)
For two Servings.
Pre Preparation time- five minutes
Preparation time- Fifteen minutesIngredients:
1. 1 Cup Rajgira Flour
2. 1/2 Cup Warm Full cream Milk
3. 1/2 Cup Warm Water
4. 1 Cup Sugar
5. 6 Tablespoon Ghee
6. 1 Teaspoon Cardamom powderFor Garnishing:
1. 1 Tablespoon Pista sliced
2. 1 Tablespoon Cashew nut sliced
3. 1 Tablespoon Almond sliced
4. 1 Tablespoon Kish mish (dry Grapes)Method:
1. Heat a non stick pan or tava on medium low heat and add ghee.
2. After ghee got some heat Add rajgira flour and saute and roasted in ghee on a medium low heat for 5 to 7 minutes .
3. After that Add milk, water and sugar, mix it well,stirring it continuously and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Cook until all the liquid evaporates and the shira leaves sides of pan, stirring occasionally.
5. Tun off the heat and add cardamom powder and mix it well.
6. Garnish with sliced pista,Cashew nut,Almond and Kish mish.
7. Enjoy Mahashivratri with Mix Dry fruit Rajgara Shiro.Sabudana Khir
For two Servings.

Preparation time- Twenty minutesIngredients:
1. 5 Cups Milk
2. 1/2 Cup Sabudana
3. 2 Cups Sugar
4. 1 tea spoon Cardamom, powderedFor Garnishing:
1. 1 Tablespoon Pista, sliced
2. 1 Tablespoon Almond, slicedMethod:
1. Soak Sabudana in water for 30 minutes.
2. Drain the Sabudana and keep aside.
3. In a sauce pan boil milk on medium high heat.
4. Add Sabudana, turn heat to medium, boil for 15 minutes.
5. Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat and add cardamom powder, mix it well.
7. Garnish with chopped pista and almond and enjoy Sabudana Khir hot or cold.Basudi

3. 1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
4. 10 to 12 Saffron Strands (Kesar)For Garnishing:
1. 3 Tablespoons Almond, sliced
2. 2 Tablespoon Pista, slicedMethod:
1. Heat heavy bottom pan on medium heat, add milk and sugar in it.
2. Boil the milk until it reduces to 3/4th, stirring it well intermittently, for about 10 to 12 minutes.
3.Add cardamom powder and saffron strands and mix it well.
4. Boil Milk with sugar till it reduces to half and flavored with saffron, cardamom, almond and pista. Turn off the heat.
5. Garnish with sliced almonds and pista.
6. Enjoy hot basudi with puri or use cold basudi as dessert after meal.
