Papad ki Sabzi-Rajasthan's taste


Recipes of rajasthan papad ki sabzi

Ingredients:

-3-4 papads
-1 tbsp curds
-1/2 tbsp chili powder
-1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
-1 spoon asafetida
-1/4 tsp cumin
-1/4 mustard seeds
-1 tbsp vegetable oil
-1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
-Salt To Taste
-1 cup water

Preparation:
·Break all the papads into square pieces.
·Heat ghee in a fry pan.
·Add mustered seeds when oil becomes hot.
·Add all the masalas- asafetida, chili powder.
·Now add curd in it stir it till curds brown.
·Add turmeric powder, water and salt.
·Leave it to boil.
·Now add papads.
·Boil it for 4-5 minutes until pieces become soft.
·Garnish it with coriander leaves.
·Serve Papad ki sabzi.
