Although one can easily buy this delicacy in the market in India but if you are outside India and want to make it or want to try this at home you can easily do it. Although it may look a bit hard to make; but actually it is quite easy to make. Let us know in detail how to make this sweet dish.
For making this dish, you will need a flat bottomed pan. The diameter of the pan will decide the size of the Ghevar. It is best if the pan is of 6-7 inches width. Ingredients for making Ghevar

For making the sugar syrup, take a bowl and add the sugar (1 ½ cup ) and water (1 cup ) and keep it on the gas in low flame. After boiling for five minutes, take it off and keep it to cool.Procedure to make Ghevar
