Recruitment in Indian Army
There is a lacking of knowledge for joining the Indian Army resulting eligible persons can't join the Indian Army and passed their age limit. If everyone well aware about the process and system to enterance in Indian Army, then all eligible persons could be enrolled and they can prove their skills on National & International level.
Nowadays mostly youth want to join civil services & private jobs instead of Indian Army. I think it may be lacking of knowledge & self confidence to meet the QR including physical fitness tests. Resulting there are most of the jawans belong to Rural Areas which are know importance of Security of Nation and fitness of body. They feel pride on joining the Army and ready to face the challenges on borders. Now I request to all youth to try for joining the Army.
Now a days there are so many sectors in the Indian Army who select the Indian Army Jawan as per their skills and they improve their qualities as per requirement. For example
1. Selection for UN Mission in over all world.
2. Selection for various types of sports/games.
3. Selection for various types of firing competitions.
4. Selection for researches.
5. Selcetion for various types of training with Army of other countries.
All above options will be completed when the all people well aware about the enterence procedure in the Indian Army
