Ingredient required for 5 people:
1.kair 50gms
2.saangri 150gms
3. lal sabut mirchi (chilly) 10gms
4. amchur sabut 10gms
5. resins 15gms
6. dry fruits 15gms
7 oil
8. salt
9. haldi
10. chilly powder
11. zeera
Method:
1.Boil the kair, saangri, sabut amchur, dry fruits, etc first in a separate bowl and place them to cool.
2. now take a fry pan and add some oil just to fry them up.
3. When oil get heated properly add zeera, hing , rai and the boiled kair saangri
4. Fry them till they become brown.
6. serve them with chapati.
