Students pursuing 3 or 5 year LLB degree courses for the year 2012- 2013 from any recognized law college / school / university in India are eligibile to apply for The Fourth NLU Antitrust Law Moot Court Competition(2013) at NLU Jodhpur. Also note that only one team consisting of 2 speakers only or 2 speakers and 1 researcher from an institution are eligible to participate in this competition, subject to completion of registration formalities. Keep in mind that once the team composition is communicated to the organisers, no change will be permitted. Those who are interested to participate in The Fourth NLU Antitrust Law Moot Court Competition(2013) should fill the registration form available in the following link http://www.nlujodhpur.ac.in/downloads/antitrust/Fourth_Antitrust_Law_Moot_Court_Competition-2013_Registration_Form.pdf and must confirm registration by sending the hard copy of this form along with pay order or DD( Rs 2500 only in favour of the 'Registrar, National Law University, Jodhpur' payable at Jodhpur) by 8 February 2013 to the following address. RajasthanThe Fourth NLU Antitrust Law Moot Court Competition(2013) selection process
The Fourth NLU Antitrust Law Moot Court Competition(2013) winners will be selected on the basis of a preliminary round , quarter final round, semi final round and the final round respectively. In the preliminary round, each team will be given an opportunity to argue for each side of the proposition. Those highest ranked 8 teams from the preliminary round will be qualified for the quarter final rounds. In this round, each team will argue only once for the side allotted to them. But only 4 teams from the quarter final round will get qualify for the semi final round. In this round, the 4 teams shall each argue only once. Only 2 teams from the semi final round will be qualified for the final round. In the final round, the team that wins will be declared as the winning team and the other team will be declared as the runners up team.
