1. Pilot Job in Mumbai Port Trust: Candidates holding Certificate of Competency as Master (Foreign going) with 1 year experience as a Master / Chief Officer.
Brief job profile: Duties cover piloting of vessels, berthing of vessels in the docks as well as posting on dredgers.

2. Marine Engineer Job in Mumbai Port Trust: Candidates holding Certificate of Competency as 1st Class Engineer (Motor) or (Steam & Motor) with 1 year experience as Chief Engineer.
Brief job profile: Posting may be as in-charge of floating craft or on shore in repair establishment or in office.

3. Marine Officer Job in Mumbai Port Trust: Ex-MbBT Berthing Officers holding Certificate of Competency as Master (Home Trade).
Brief Job Profile: Duties cover berthing of vessels and working as Dredge Master on dredgers.

Note: The appointment could be on regular basis or on contract basis.

Reservations:
* For post of Pilot: 2 for SC / 2 for ST / 4 for OBC (all backlog) – regular basis
* For post of Marine Engineer: 2 for SC / 1 for ST / 4 for OBC (all backlog) – regular basis

For post of Marine Officer – the appointment is purely on contract basis
