Thousand of positions vacant in institutes, schools and colleges of Mumbai

This article gives the news and evaluation of the existing vacancies in various schools, colleges and educational institutes where they are not getting filled up. Due to this many students career and education life are suffering.

What an education means? Getting better and better ways of learning. But thousands of schools and colleges of Mumbai are not fulfilling the initial or primary need of the school and that is availability of good teachers.

There are thousand of D.Ed. and B.Ed. colleges in Mumbai and every year more than 15000 new teachers are generated but they are not getting proper opportunity in various schools. Now the news is in limelight that there are more than 110000 vacancies existing in various schools at primary and secondary level. There students are not given any guidance for learning the various subjects. School authorities are trying to fulfill these vacancies with the existing staff and that to paying nothing for extra work.

In such case what a nation would expect our emerging generations to do for our country. Schools and colleges are not so eager to take initial steps as they are bounded by the state educational laws and somewhere it's all about rowdy attitude.

In primary section of most of the schools are lacking very much behind with the figures crossing more than 61000 primary teacher staff. Who is going to fill these? Educational authorities and Principals of schools are not saying any single word about it. Just by keeping a scan we came to know that the every class in these schools are filled with 40 to 60 number of students which is extremely far higher than the expected students.

If all these happening in the new age of education in Mumbai then our next generations are not going to get the real value of education. So on what basis these schools, colleges and other educational institutes are saying that they are going world class education to the primary students? What these educational inspectors, authorities and leaders are doing in society? Just attending some functions and celebrations ? Who will take care of things which are really needed to make the foundation strong. I think after freedom India has to still learn to fight against all these.
