Letter for asking materials back

Please return the resources in their boxes/containers/tubs/bags. As the plastic Ziploc bags are unavailable at the moment, please ensure all loose pieces are returned in plastic trays, a separate one for each type eg. pattern blocks in one, tan-grams in another.

As informed earlier, the math resources need to be brought to office on the third floor - it is to the front and left as you exit the lift. You will find labels as given below to designate the areas where the resources need to be stored.

Please ensure that all trays and boxes are marked with your delegates. Resources like giant building blocks that are large in size can be put in open, marked cardboard cartons. Others like trundle wheels can be marked and stored without boxes.

As we have a large quantity, we will be using the cabbies and cupboards and all available space outside as well. It is important that we store the resources in an orderly manner for proper accounting and reallocation. Requesting you to please see to it that the resources are properly segregated and stored.
