1. All candidates securing highest points (i.e. 50 points) will be eligible for draw in lots


2. The list of candidates eligible for lottery on point basis will be displayed on Friday 27, Jan 2012 at 4:00 p.m


3. The draw of lots will be held on Saturday, 28, Jan 2012 in school premises


4. Parents / representatives of eligible candidates are required to bring registration slip along with them for the draw. They will be allowed to enter the school only 11:15 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. to enable them to collect the registration number coupons for the lottery. At 11:45 a.m. all the left over registration coupons will be put in the lottery box by the office staff.


5. ONLY representative per children will be allowed entry in the school, to avoid the crowd.


6. The presence of parents / representatives of the candidates is NOT compulsory at the time of draw of lots.


7. The result of lottery will be binding to all.

The draw of lots will be held on wed, 22, feb, 2012 at 9:00 in the school premises Parents / respresentatibes of the eligible candidates are rqired to bring registration slips among with them. They will be allowed to enter the school ONLY from 8:20 a.m . to 8:40 a.m. to enable them to collect the registration number coupons for the lottery. At 8:45 a.m. all the left over registration coupons will be put in the lottery box by the staff.
