West Delhi Cricket Academy is one of the best cricket academies in Delhi. Many national and international level cricketers have taken training from here. Famous cricketer Viraat Kohli has also taken his coaching for 13 years from this 15 years old academy. Children from Delhi as well as neighboring states like Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, etc. came here for training purpose.
According to Rajkumar Sharma, director of the academy, children are taught all nuances of the game along with its theoretical and practical aspects. All efforts are made to clarify the concepts of cricket. Children aging 8-18 years are provided training here. The faculty of West Delhi Cricket Academy includes experts like Ranji and other cricketers who have established records at various high levels. Coaching fees in West Delhi Cricket Academy
The coaching fee is Rs. 600- Rs. 700 per month. Academy also helps talented and willing poor children by providing them free training. About 25% children here are provided coaching for free of cost. The coaching timings in West Delhi Cricket Academy at all three locations of the academy is from 3:30 Pm to 6:30 Pm.
