Narayan Konwar, a resident of Kanphala Gaon in the district of Morigaon has cleared IAS in the 119th position. He has made all of us proud. He is the son of Harendra Konwar and Bhanumai Konwar.
Though he had gone through many hardships in his life, he was able to achieve such an honour and make us all proud. He passed his HSLC from Botamari High School in 1995, HSSLC in 1998, Graduate from Ghana Kanta Baruah College in 2001 and Post Graduate in Political Science from Guwhati University in 2003. He then began teaching in B Baruah College and A D P College till 2007. He then went to Delhi for IAS coaching and now has cleared it making us all proud.
Apart from him, 3 other candidates namely Ashiqur Zaman (249), Mantu Das (258) and Raktim Saikia (720) have also cleared IAS.
