Bherjan-Borajan-Padumoni Wildlife Sanctuary is situated in the Tinsukia district of Assam state of North East India. Although it is very small in area, that is only 7.22 Sq.Km but is rich in wildlife, especially macaque & ape species which are very rare can be found here. This sanctuary is the combination of 3 separate forests, namely Bherjan, Borajan and Padumoni. Inspite of having small area, it houses many rare and endangered animal and birds. The commonly found animals of this park are Slow Loris, Assamese Macaque,Pig tailed Macaque, Rhesus Macaue,Capped Langur, Stump tailed Macaque and Hoolock Gibbon, Leopards , Wild Pigs and Giant Flying Squirrel.There are 84 species of birds have been recorded in the sanctuary that includes Osprey, Kingfisher, Indian Pied Hornbill, Lineated Barbet, Woodpecker, Drongo, Common Mynah, Bulbul, Magpie robin, Wgatail and varieties of woodlands birds.
