The sanctuary is the home to many rare species of mammals like Elephant, Hoolock Gibbon, Stumped Tailed Macaque, Pig Tailed Macaque, Slow Loris, Assamese Macaque, Rhesus Macaque,Tiger, Leopard, Fishing Cat, Barking Deer, Sambar, Wild Pigs, Gaur etc.Among the birds one can see White Winged Wood Duck, Great Pied Hornbill, Wreathed Hornbill, Adjutant Stork etc. The commonly found reptiles are Tortoise, Monitor Lizard, Python etc.How to reach Nambor –Doigrung
