But we are talking about one of the recent monument of the Chamba district which is made by the State government. This monument is built during the 2008 years. This monument is built in the Khajjiar area which is also known as the Mini Switzerland of the India. This statue of the Lord Hanuman's is 15 feet long which is built with the cement and whole of the statue is colored with red. This color is the sign of the Hanuman because Hanuman likes very much Sindoor which is of red color that's why this statue is made of red color. This statue is built on the base of the cement and for this statue stairs are made for praying and touching the statue and you can also takes the snap with the statue.

Around this statue there are so many places for the wondering. This place is a beautiful hill station. There is a big ground which is surrounded with the Deodar trees. In this place there are so many temples are present and so many hotels ant restaurant for staying are available. Here in this place there is also a famous monument which is known as an 85 feet long statue of Lord Shiva, which is colored with Bronze solution and in front of this statue there is temple where every year there is a function where so many people came from different part of the state. About 10km from this statue there is a Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary where so many varieties of the flora and fauna.
How to reach this statue
This statue is situated in the Khajjiar which is about 25 km from the Chamba on the Dalhousie road. You can reach this place by bus or taxi. This place is famous for the heavy snowfall so when you came to this place then always warm clothes. And the summer is the best season to visit this place.
