History of the Kasauli
Here we are discussing one of the beautiful places of the Solan district which is known as Kasauli. This place is one of the best tourism places. Here every year so many tourists came. This place is basically famous for the Hill station, a beautiful temple of Lord hanuman's which is situated on the top of the hill due to this this place is also known as Monkey Point and this place is also known as Air Force area. Apart from it this place is also famous for the wooden things, Chinese foods and Tibetan Markets.
Monkey Point
This is one of the beautiful places for the wondering in the Kasauli. Here in this place there is a temple of the Lord Hanuman's, that's why this place is also known as Monkey Point. This temple is situated on the top of the Hill, from the road there is about 200 to 300 stairs for this temple. It is believed that during the ancient times Lord Hanuman visits this place. On the top of the Hill there is sign of the foot of Hanuman's.
In this temple there is an idol of the Lord Hanuman. This temple is basically famous for its architecture. On the walls of the temple there are so many statues of the others Gods.
When you visit this place than remember one thing in mind that you have own Identity card, Voter card, Adhar Card or other valid national Identity card. Firstly on the gates you have to take the pass and also there is no permission of the any type of the electronic equipment, so when you visit this place than put your all electronic gadgets like Mobile phone, camera, earphone etc.
Air Force area
This place is also famous for the Air Force. When you enter the Air Force area than you can enjoy the beautiful scenario of the mountains and you can also enjoy the peace there is no noise and one thing you see in this place that this area is very clean.
When you enter the main area of the Air Force than you have to show the Identity than you will get a pass. Inside this area you can see the various air force weapons made by the artist on the both side of road.
Remember one thing there is no permission of taking snap/picture guilty may banned up to 500 RS.
Christ church Kasauli
In this place there is also a Christ Church which is situated on the opposite side of the Bus stand. This church was built in the 18th century by the British Government. This is one of the oldest Churches in the City.

This place is situated in the Solan district. This place is about 25km from the Solan on the Garkhal road. You can easily reach this place bus as well as taxi.
You can also reach this by train and the nearest railway station is in Chandigarh from this place is about 70km. you can also reach this place by aeroplane and the nearest airport is in Shimla from where this place is about 75 km.
The best season to visit this place is in summer during that this place is neither so much hot nor cold.
