International Folk Dance competition in Shimla
International Women Folk Dance Competition will be started form 27th of September in the gaiety theatre Shimla on ridge ground. In this competition so many national and international participants of folk dance and musical will participated.
Global Women Folk Dance in, Shimla on 27th September
The Chief Head of the Gaiety Theatre, Shimla said that 16th International Women Folk Dance competition will begins from 27th of September in the Gaiety Theatre Shimla. While addressing the press he also said that in competition there are so many teams of women folk dance across the country as well as aboard.
He said that in the opening ceremony, there are so many chief guests will be presented and will be inaugurated by the CM. this competition will be held in Theatre for about 28 to 30 days in which so many folk dances and musical shows will be performed by the participants.
While addressing the media he also said that Indian Culture is one of the ancient culture in the world so it is our responsibilities to preserve our culture by organising such a lovely contest every year in the different part of the country as well as in the aboard so that people can know more about the Indian culture. So main motive of organising such a folk dance competition, is to preserve the ancient culture of the India.
He also said that in this competition there are about 80 teams of the Indian and 10 teams from the aboard like from Mexico, Nepal, Bangladesh and from Jordan etc. will participates in this Folk Dance Competition. Out of these teams only 12 teams will reach in the finalist and the winner of the dance team will get a memento and cash check of 51.ooo RS. The first folk dance will be started on the 27th September while the other musical shows will played on the 2nd of October. The closing ceremony will be taken place in the end of the October month, yet this is not decided, which will be decided late as soon as this competition progress.
