3 Days boxing Competition will begin from 24th September in Hamirpur
3 days boxing competition will be held in the Hamirpur district which will be started from 24th of September to 26th of September. There are about more than 100 participated across the state will be participated in this competition.
Boxing competition in Hamirpur from 24th September
Hamirpur Boxing Association President Mr Arun Singh said that boxing competition will held in the Hamirpur district from the 24th of September to 26th of September.
Speaking to the media toady, president said that in the opening ceremony which will be held on the 24th September there are so many guests will be available and the inauguration of the competition will be done by the Chief Guest of the ceremony.
He also said that in this competition there are about 10 boxers will be participated from the every district of the Himachal Pradesh. He also said the main motive of organising such function in the state to provide the platform for the students. The students of the Himachal Pradesh are very talented but they don't have the right platform so they don't go forward. So by organising such competition we are encouraging the students in the fields of the Boxing.
The candidates who will participate and win the competition will qualify for the state team for the Boxing Competition at the National level.
This competition will be continuing for the 3 days in which so may matched of the boxing will be played in the Hamirpur. Himachal Pradesh sports association organises every year so many competition in the state in the different fields. In the recent past they have organises the competition in the Badminton, boxing and many more. So it is a better opportunities for the students of the HP to get a good place in the field of the Sports.
On this occasion president said that we are organising such competition so that we will provide good boxer for the nation which will win the medals in the state and present the name of the country as well as state. So we are appealing to the students to participate more in the sports and stay away from the all kinds of drugs. He also said that if students are interested in the sports than government will definitely provide the facilities to the students.
