FullYatra Festival
This festival was celebrated in the Pangi Valley of the Chamba district. This festival was celebrated about 50 years ago. This festival is the sign of enjoy. This festival is celebrated every year in the month of October when peoples have almost finished their work and free so enjoyed the month with festival. This festival continues for the three days in which local artist and people perform so many cultural programs.
This is the district level festival in which across the district and some peoples from the nearby district participated in this festival. There are so many shops were presents in this festival of toys, other things and sweets.
FullYatra festival 2013
This year it was celebrated on 20th October and continues for the three days. In this festival local MLA and state Forest Minister Thakur Singh Bharmauri said that this festival will be announced state level festival after few month.
On this occasion he enjoyed this festival and addresses the peoples that I am very happy that peoples of this valley are now become forward in every field instead of backward area.
How to reach this place
This festival was celebrated I the Pangi Valley, which is about 200 km from the Chamba district. There are not so many buses are available for this place but you can easily reach this place by taxi. You can either reach this pace via Chamba or via Jammu. There are so many buses are available from the different part of the state or you can also reach this place by taxi. When you reach in the Chamba district than in the morning at 5am, HRTC bus goes to the Pangi direct which will reach in the evening at Pangi Valley. You can also take the taxi from Chamba which will take the double bus fare.
