MTB Himalaya is one of the popular racing events held in the country in the Himachal Pradesh every year in the month of the March and April. This year it will be starts from the 11th April and will continue till 13th April 2014.

MTB Himalaya is one of the popular cycling races held in the country in the Himachal Pradesh state. In this events rider from the abroad including England, UAE and Scotland and from the different states for the country will participates. This year it will be started from the 11th of April and will continue for the nest three days. This event will be held in the Shimla district. MTB Himalaya
MTB Himalaya racing competition was initially started in the 2012 years and after that it was held in the month of April and June every year in the Shimla district of the Himachal Pradesh. It is one of the popular racing events of the country in which riders from the different parts of the state as well as also from the abroad take participants. Riders have to covers 115km tracks in two days. The racing will be started from the Shimla through the Chail and ended in the Shimla.
This event will be organized by the Himalayan Adventure Sports and tourism Promotion Association of the state every year. They said that the track for the events will be ready and said that tracks are full of nature and away from the political activities.
MTB Himalaya 2014
This year it will be started from the 11th of April in the Shimla district and will continue for the next three days in which riders from the different countries including the India will take participated in the events. The riders have to covers total 115 km distance from the Shimla and the race will end at the same venue via Chail. On the first day riders have to cover 60 km distance from the Shimla to the Chail via Shoghi, Anandpur, Dugla Nala and Janedghat and reaches the Chail.
And on the second day rider have to cover 55 km distance from the Chail to the Shimla via Sadhupul and Soghi.
Apart from it tracks riders have to go through the off road tracks, mud, broken tarmac, rocks, sands, stream and single tracks.
The rider will be participated from the abroad including the riders from the Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir including the different parts of country.
How to visit
This events will be takes place in the Shimla district so if you want to enjoy this events then you can visit Shimla on 11th to 13th April and enjoy the racing events and you can also see some of international rider from the abroad will also takes participated in this events.
You can easily reach this place by bus as well as taxi or through the train and aero plane.
