'Yadoon Ke Sayen' function held in Gaiety theatre Shimla
Ketan Kala Manch has performed a short play in order to pay tribute to the late Dr. Anoop Mahajan who was the musician and dramatist. In this play his whole life has been described by the local artist.
'Yadoon Ke Sayen' function held in Gaiety theatre Shimla
Ketan Kala Manch has held the Yadoon Ke Sayen function in the Gaiety Theatre. This function was held on the 28th March in which so many artists have performed and so many political and other social peoples have participated in this function. This function was held in order to pay tribute to the Dr. Anoop Chand Mahajan, who was the one of the famous musician and dramatist of the state. This kala center has played a short play on his complete life in the theatre.
Biography
Anoop Chand Mahajan was born in the Pakistan and after the division of the country they were shifted with his family to the India. He was born on the 28th March in 1941. He has completed his school education and graduation degree in the Amritsar, Punjab state. They have completed his education degree from the DAV College Amritsar. He had completed his doctorate in the Sanskrit from the Punjab University, Chandigarh.
He had started his carrier from the Akashvani Shimla in 1967 as transmission executive officer. In the 1972 they have been selected in the Srinagar Akashvani center and in the 1976 he was selected in the Chandigarh Akashvani center. And on the 13 October 2002 he has left the world for the forever.

So in order to pay tribute to the one of the best musician and dramatist of the state they have performed short play on his life. In this play, local artist of the state have performed on his songs and dramas. In this play, so many songs and other events were performed by the local artist in the Gaiety Theatre. In this play so many political and social peoples have participated and paid tribute to him.
