Ingridients needed to make Rajma Vada

Rajma- 2 Cups
Chana Dal- 1 Cup
Urad Dal- 1 Cup
Rice - 2 Tbsp
Onion- 2 large(finely chopped)
Potato- 2 medium (boiled and finely mashed)
Green Chillies- 6 nos. (finely ground into paste)
Ginger and Garlic paste- 2 Tbsp
Garam Masala- 2 Tsp
Jeera Powder-2 Tsp
Hing- little bit
Curry leaves- 5 to 6 leaves finely chopped
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup chopped finely
Salt - According to your taste
Oil- For Deep frying

How to make Rajma Vada



1. Soak Rajma,Chana dal,Urad Dal,Rice fro 8-10 hours. So better soak over night.
2.Grind everything together and make a fine paste.
3.Put all the remaining ingredients.
4.Heat the oil in the frying pan.
5.After the oil is hot, make the paste into balls and drop them in the oil.
6.Fry them till they turn into Golden Brown.
7.Take the Vadas and serve them hot along with tomato ketchup or green chutney with raw dice onion pieces. You will called the best cook ever!
