Steps taken by Uttarakhand Government to improve education quality in Uttarakhand

Here are listed some of the steps which will surely impote education quality in Uttarakhand-

Setting up of 19 model schools
18 new girls hostels
appointment of more than 1,000 teachers
fixed deposit (FD) worth Rs 3,000 to all the girl students who belongs to SC and ST category
etc.

These are some of the steps which Uttarakhand Government is taking to strengthen education quality of Elementry education in Uttarakhand. All these decisions were taken in a state level meeting which was chaired by state Chief Secretary- Subhash Kumar.

Education plans of Uttarakhand Government

Along with developing elementry education, Uttarakhand Government is also taking necessary steps to increase quality of Higher education in Uttarakhand. Uttarakhand Government sanctioned Rs 790 crore for improving RashtriyaMadhyamik Shiksha Parishad, along with this Uttarakhand Government also sanctioned Rs 605 crore for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan in Uttarakhand. Now Uttarakhand Government will upgrade about 147 high schools to secondary schools. Now there will English and Mathematics lab in all the 13 districts of the hilly state Uttarakhand which will help students to clear their educational doubts by performing practicals. So Uttarakhand Government is doing almost everything for Uttarakhand Students, now its students turn to utilize these facilities provided by Uttarakhand Government.
