According to officials this wind farm is going to have three wind turbines which will have the capacity of producing 800 Kw-2.4 Mw of wind energy. Now its turn of Uttarakhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (UREDA) to take further proceedings and they has sent the DPR to the ministry of new and renewable energy. This will help to get some subsidy for this project. UREDA is also searching for other wind farm projects in Uttarakhand and they have started wind mapping at different places in Uttarakhand. UREDA is currently contacting with CWET which will help UREDA to install wind mapping equipment in Uttarakhand.
