All the political parties are keeping their sharp eyes towards next assembly elections in Uttarakhand. This time the leading party BJP in Uttarakhand is conducting two day Vidhan sabha session which will start from 31st October. In this article you will find complete information regarding this news.

Motive of Uttarakhand Vidhan Sabha two day session


Main movie of Uttarakhand Government is to conduct this session is to convey message that they are aiming towards providing zero tolerance towards any kind of corruption in Uttarakhand. This decision was taken by present Maj Gen (retd) B C Khanduri who is present chief minister of Uttarakhand. He said that they are conducting this session for implementing very meaningful and stringent Lokpal Bill in the hilly state. This session will decide the future of Lokpal bill in Uttarakhand. If everything goes alright then Lokayukta of Uttarakhand will have the power to involve Uttarakhand chief minister under Lokpal plus he/she will also have the power to decide the proper punishment in case of corrupted peoples. According to some sources this bill may be passed unanimously by the House.

Team Anna and Lokpal in Uttarakhand


Anna team visited Uttarakhand a few days ago. They met Uttarakhand chief minister during their visit to Uttarakhand. They suggested some very useful improvements in current lokpal bill of Uttarakhand. After meeting Uttarakhand Government has decided to involve all the suggestion and recommendations suggested by Team Anna.
Who will come under Lokpal Bill in Uttarakhand- according to this new purposed Lokpal all the higher authorities like- chief minister, gram pradhans, vice chancellors, registrars etc are going to come within the purview of the Lokpal.
