After eating food one should drink warm water (mildly hot so one can drink) one looses weight.

Carbohydrates i.e. sweet ingredients should be consumed in negligible amounts.
Early in the morning one should walk on the green grass on the basis of their patella i.e. knees. This is the most successful method for loosing weight.
Roaming on high mountains leads to reduction of body weight.

Twice a week one should sacrifice food and drink fruit juices. By doing this one starts shedding weight.

By doing daily routine work like brooming, dusting, cleaning utensils, and washing clothes by hands are excercises. This reduces weight.
