The all time Hit "Hanumaan" of small screen, Dara Singh Randhawa has taken rest in the almighty's home. The famous wrestling champion and actor Mr.Dara Singh expired at early morning on Thursday, 12th July, 2012 in Mumbai.
Dara Singh has acted in over 120 films to name a few Rustom-E-Baghdad, Sher Dil, Sikandar E Azam, Raaka, Mera Naam Joker, Dharam Karam, Watan Se Door and Mard. Dara singh played father of Amitabh Bacchan in "Mard". He was last seen in the film "Jab We Met"(2007) as Kareena Kapoor's grand father who observes Shahid Kapoor with speculations.
Apart from 120 films and more than 700 wrestling championships, Dara Singh also has the credit of being nominated member for Rajya Sabha in 2003 and 2009.
The golden days action hero Dara Singh suffered from cardiac arrest. He was admitted at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. His last rites will be conducted around 3 p.m. on Thursday, 12th July, 2012 at a cemetery in Juhu. All the bollywood celebrities are expected to attend Dara Singh's funeral in deep grief.
