Home Viewers Participate In Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 6 (Kbc 6) Through Ghar Baithe Jeeto Jackpot
The Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 6 is going to start airing on the SONY cable TV channel from the month of August 2012. The exact date is not yet finalized but it is said that the show will start in the mid of August or at the start of September 2012. I think 7th September 2012 is the starting date of KBC season 6. The following article gives you a description on how the home viewers can take part in the contest called Ghar Baithe Jeeto Jackpot (GBJJ) of the KBC season 6.
Ghar Baithe Jeeto Jackpot (GBJJ) contest :
The home viewers can participate in the 6th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati by means of contest called as Ghar Baithe Jeeto Jackpot. The contest is very easy and any Indian whose age is above 18 years of Age can participate. Home viewers have to answer the question by means of sending a SMS and if they get shortlisted then the KBC team will call them and our Bollywood Star; Mr. Amitabh Bachchan would announce the Jackpot of Rs. 1 Lakh.
The Rs. 1 Lakh is a basic episode prize which a shortlisted home viewer can get only if he/she does not want to play for the Jackpot question. Therefore, a shortlisted candidate can claim Rs. 1 Lakh or play further for a Jackpot prize. So the prize money of Jackpot question is Rs. 2 Lakhs and it is interesting to know if the candidate plays for it and gives a wrong answer then that home viewer will not get any prize. Not even the Rs. 1 Lakh because it is the condition of Kaun Banega Crorepati that if a candidate plays for Jackpot question then he has to give right answer to win a sum of Rs. 3 Lakhs.
In the KBC season 5, I have seen many shortlisted home viewers who did not play for Jackpot question and they were very happy to claim only Rs. 1 Lakh. So I suggest to all the home viewers that they should opt for the Jackpot question only if they risk the Rs. 1 Lakh. Remember if you take risk you can claim Rs. 3 Lakhs otherwise if your answer is wrong then you don't get anything.
In case if the prize money is unclaimed then it is rolled over for the next episode and now the prize money for home viewers will be Rs. 2 Lakhs and as usual the Jackpot prize is rated at Rs. 2 Lakhs. So there is a chance of claiming a total of Rs. 4 Lakhs. The highest Roll Over Jackpot of GBJJ in KBC season 5 was around a total of Rs. 6 Lakhs. So lets see how much Roll Over we get this time around in KBC season 6. How to participate in GBJJ :
Prior to September 7th of the year 2012, a total of 5 questions will be aired for the Home Viewers so that they could participate in the Ghar Baithe Jeeto Jackpot (GBJJ) contest and win prize money of Rs. 1 Lakh and play for Jackpot prize which is Rs. 2 Lakhs. The 5 questions will be aired on SONY cable TV channel from 15th August 2012 to 19th August 2012. Hence, home viewers get acquainted yourself with all the study material and current affairs.
