Recipe to make Egg Rice
Some children may hate Egg they don't like that smell of the Egg. But everyone will like to eat Egg Rice. This page will give the detailed preparation method for Egg rice.
Ingredients to Egg Rice
Egg 3
Cooked Rice 2 Cups
Onion 2
Capsicum 2
Bread 2 pieces
Cashew nuts 5
Tomato 1
Pepper Powder 1 Spoon
Green Chilli 2
Gee 4 Spoons
Coriander Leaf
Mint Leaf
Oil to fry
Salt to tastePreparation Method of Egg Rice
1.Cut onion, capsicum and tomato in to small pieces.
2.Heat a pan with Gee and fry bread pieces and cashew nuts. Kept it a side
3.Heat a pan with oil and fry Green chilli and onion till onion turn in to brown.
4.Add Coriander leaf and mint leaf fry for 1 minute; add Eggs and fry for 5 minutes till eggs cooked well.
5.Add tomato and capsicum one by one and fry well.
6.Add cooked rice and pepper powder and mix well. Add salt for taste.
7.Stop the flame then add fried bread and cashew nuts and mix well.
Chicken Gravy or Curd pachadi will be good side dish to this Egg Rice.
