R. S. Infotainment is most famous in Kollywood for the house of production. They have acquired the film release rights of Ko from K V Anand. The main actors of the film are Jeeva (Ashwin), Karthika (Renu), Ajmal (Vasanthan), Prakash Raj, etc. Ko has all the qualities to declare it as a good movie. The director K. V Anand is definitely going to be rewarded for his hardwork. He has taken the film in a very good manner such that it is filled with all the necessary elements. Ko is going to be registered in the minds of the tamil audience.
The film KO is an action thriller with Jeeva, Karthika and Ajmal playing the important roles. Karthika and Jeeva are journalists by profession and they work in a leading newspaper firm. Jeeva plays the role of a photo journalist and investigates about a mafia gang.
K. V. Anand started the movie with a bank robbery. Some people covered the bank and started stealing the valuables of the bank. Then they escaped from the bank Ashwin the hero (Jeeva) notices and start chasing them and took their photos. Then he was rounded up and his camera was grasped but Ashwin acted intelligently by taking the memory chip from the camera. Then Ashwin and Renu (Karthika) helped the police and all the robbers except 1 were arrested.
A promotional campaign was conducted by Vasanthan (Ajmal), college friend of Jeeva and popular stars were invited some like Surya, Jayam Ravi, Bharath, Thamana, Harris Jayaraj (Music Director of Ko Film), etc. The theatre witnessed lots of applause, claps and whistles to when they saw their favorites..
Vasanthan's political party Sirugugal won with majority and Vasanthan became the CM of Tamilnadu. Jeeva meets the CM to complaint about the naxalite who was responsible for a recent blast in the state. The CM did not responded and Jeeva was shocked when he came to know that the CM is connected with the naxalites.
Vasanthan ordered the police to kill the naxalite because he may be caught if the naxalite utters truth. Jeeva comes to know this and thus wants to rescue him.
We are coming to the end of the movie. Jeeva gathers all information and witnesses about bank robbery and fire blast and was shocked to know that his friend is involved in it. With the help of Renu he makes a thorough investigation.
There was a fight in the climax of KO as in all films. Jeeva kills his friend and saves the state from a bad ruler. The theme of the movie is to hand the government in the hands of the young generation.
