At one stage Sivaji is cornered by the business men and government officials where he loses his wealth. Then he takes some other path and gets all the black money from the politicians and big shots. This creates some problem as his wife gets to the CBI and tells all the details about her Hubby. Then Police arrests Sivaji and kills him with the help of the business men Suman. Soon he arranges for a escape plan and escapes the death with the help of Raghuvaran. Soon he returns with a new look and attracts the audience with a bald head Rajini named MGR. He then takes over the villain who tried to kill him in the past and kills him at the end of the movie.
