This is a very easy way of checking the availability of all the food commodities such as sugar, wheat, atta, rice, palm oil, maida, urad dal, toor dal, etc. in all the ration shops in Tamilnadu.
Just follow the steps given below for checking this status through online.
1)First you need to open the official website of Tamilnadu Civil Supplies & Consumer Protection Department http://www.consumer.tn.gov.in/.
2) Click the link entitled new Know Your Shop Allotment.
3) This will take you to a new page where you can see Monthly PDS Allotment request form, here you need to enter your District Name, Taluk Name and Shop name.
4) Press the submit button and now you can see the food allotments for your area online.
