West Bengal Public Service Commission is inviting application for West Bengal Judicial Service Examination 2013. The Preliminary examination is going to hold in May and Main exam in July 2013. Vacancy : The anticipated vacancies are 21 ( UR- 12, OBC A- 4, OBC B- 1, SC-2, ST-1, PWD- 1)
Age Limit : 23-35 years as on 26.02.2013. Upper age relaxation have been made for the reserved category as per Govt. of West Bengal.
Pay Scale : The pay scale for WB judicial Service post will be of Rs.27,700-770-33090-920-40450-1080-44770. Allowances will be given as per Govt's rule.
Necessary Academic Qualification for WBPSC Judicial Service Exam : Candidates must have to hold a Law degree from from any recognized University. Candidates should have to enroll as an advocate in the roll of Bar Council of any State or Union Territory in India on the date of advertisement for the examination and also able to read, write and speak in Bengali.Application process for WBPSC Judicial Service Exam 2013
Application fees : Eligible candidates are required to enclose Rs. 210 as application fees only in the form of Indian Postal Order crossed and endorsed to the Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal or in the form of a receipted Challan from a Government Treasury in West Bengal or the Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata under the head "0051-00-105-State PSC Examination fees-001-Examination fees-16-other fees".
How to apply for WBPSC Judicial Service recruitment exam : The application form for WB Judicial service exam are available on the official website of WBPSC. Fill the application form and submit it by register/speed post/UCP or submit the duly filled form personally at the enquiry counter of the Commission's office at 161-A, S.P. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata – 700 026 between 11-00 a.m. and 03-30 p.m. on all working days excluding Saturday & Sunday. Selection Process for WBPSC Judicial Service Examination
Candidates will be selected through written test & interview/personality test. First there will be a preliminary written test of MCQ type questions and then the preliminary qualified candidates will be called for main exam followed by a personality test.
