Easy To Make Tasty Fried Fish


This is a recipe of fish, and with no gravy and fried fish. The ingredients are easily available in the kitchen and no new ingredients are added. The fish is dipped in beaten eggs and then fried. The coating mixture makes the fish crispy.

Easy to make and tasty fried fish



Ingredients :


  • 7 - 8 flakes garlic

  • 5- 6 green chillies

  • 1" piece ginger

  • 1 cup chopped corainder leaves

  • 4- 5 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Oil

  • Flour

  • Red chilli powder

  • 3 eggs


  • Grind to paste :


  • 7 to 8 flakes of garlic

  • 5 to 6 green chillies

  • 1inch piece ginger

  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves

  • 4 to 5 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tspn salt


  • For coating ;


  • 6tbsp maida (flour)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


Method :


Rub the ground paste well on the fish, and leave it to marinate for 2 to 3 hours in the fridge. Mix the coating mixture lightly . Beat the eggs and keep aside.
Heat oil for frying. Coat fish pieces with coating mixture and dip in beaten eggs and fry to a golden brown colour

Note:

The coating mixture makes the fish crispy and the beaten eggs doesn't remove the masala paste on the fish.

Variations :

With the same ingredients and with the same procedure prawns can also be made. Prawns made with the method and ingredients will be very tasty.
