Totapuri mangoes of medium to large size – 3 (for grating)
Sugar - 250 gms
Vanilla essence - 5 drops
Colour - Orange
Musk melon seeds - 20 gms

Grate the Totapuri mangoes and keep aside. Take 4 table spoonful of water in a pan. Keep the pan on stove with full heat. When the water is boiling add sugar to it. Keep stirring till the sugar dissolves. Now add salt, orange colour, vanilla essence, musk melon seeds and grated mangoes to the sugar mixed boiling water. Allow the mixture to boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring continuously until the consistency becomes thick. Serve it after it is cool.
