I like the vermicelli upma which can be prepared in few minutes and being user likely dish, most of the south Indian homes are having the ready stock of vermicelli. While children wants to make it as a payasam which again easy to name and cherish, adding less sugar will be added advantage, When we have the guests without informing us, preparing a upma with vermicelli is desirable. Since this product is available in every grocery shops, house holds make it compulsory to include the vermicelli in their monthly list and thus it is the compulsory item for ordinary and festive days to celebrate.
