This is a very inspiring and motivating article by the author. Human beings are having a high degree of consciousness and they would think a lot before taking up any activity. Most of us would not do anything if there is no return or praise for it. Many times we feel great resistance to do a task. It is very common and natural and there is nothing to be ashamed of it.
It is very true that we have to have some motive or objective for undertaking an activity and if we can identify that then there is no problem and even the dullest person would start to perform in the best of one's capacity.

Above all, in many times we are in the situation, whether wanted or not, to do a job on routine. It may be felt by us to get as boredom, but however we have to do that. In such situations, we have to make up our mind calm and suit to the situation into the level of finishing that work. Lack in this leads to bad results in that work.
This will majorly applicable in cooking a food. While cooking our mind should be in that work totally whether interested or not and should not mind the other disturbances. If any distraction either in action or mind, the total cooking will get spoiled.
One day when I was in cooking my brother in law in the middle came to the kitchen and alert me not to put excess salt in cooking. I used to add the salt to the needy level but the interruption of him made me slight distraction. On that day I was about to cook lentil curry and I have added salt lesser than the required while boiling. This spoiled the vegetable from cooking as it make the vegetable not well cooked. I threw away the entire unit, nearly half kilogram, into dustbin.
