35 year old Mr. Uday Mallick of Berhampur, Ganjam; is a coolie by profession and body building by passion. Uday works as a coolie at Pradhan Lorry Godown of Bada Bazar, Berhampur. He works from night 10pm to morning 7am; then went to his house at around 8 o'clock and take rest from 12 noon to 5pm. He goes to Health and Fitness Gymnasium at Gandhi Nagar, Berhampur at 6 pm and practices for 3 hours. Belongs to a very poor family; his father died while he was of 5 year old. At the age of 15, he started earning as a Rickshaw puller. Now while working as a coolie, he earns Rs. 200 to 300 per day by loading and unloading 300 to 400 bags.
