Qualification: Any Graduate with two years of PG degree/diploma in Human Resource Management / Personal Management & Industrial Relations / Social Work/ Business Administration from a recognized university with 60% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST).
Experience: Candidate should have post qualification experience of 9 to 12 years as an Executive in Central Govt/ State Govt/PSU/Nationalized Banks/ Listed Companies.
